Who we are

This website belongs to PDR Team Holland, Padland 2, 8161 TC Epe, KvK 64316963. The calculation system, requests for it and one-time use are provided by Dato Systemen, KvK 42117677, reachable at info@dato.nl and +31 6 14 27 22 13. For those parts, Dato is responsible for your data.

Visiting the website

You can browse the website without leaving any personal details. Like any website, the server logs technical data such as your IP address, the time and your browser. We only use this for security and to fix problems. The website uses no tracking cookies and no Google Analytics.

The fonts are loaded through Google Fonts. Google sees your IP address when this happens.

Requesting the calculation system

If you request the calculation system, we receive your name, company name, email address, phone number and your message. These arrive at Dato by email. We only use them to contact you about your request. We keep them while we are in contact and for no more than two years after the last contact.

One-time use of the calculation system

If you buy the system for one car, we store your name, company name, email address, the licence plate, the vehicle data and the estimate you create. We need these to provide the service and for our accounts.

• Payment is handled by Mollie. Mollie processes your payment details; we do not see them.
• When you enter a licence plate, the vehicle data is fetched from the open data of the RDW (the Dutch vehicle authority). Only the plate is sent.
• Photos you add stay on your own device and are not uploaded to our server.
• Your personal link works for 30 days. We keep purchase data for up to seven years, because the law requires this for our accounts.
• The page uses no tracking cookies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to make the website and the service work: our hosting provider (servers in the European Union), Mollie for payments and the RDW for looking up a licence plate.

Security

The website uses a secure connection (https). Order data is stored in a protected folder on the server that cannot be reached from the internet.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and ask us to change or delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Email info@dato.nl to do so. We respond within four weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If anything changes in how we handle data, we update this page. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
